| Possible Cause | Solution |
| Incorrect gas pressure. | Check gas inlet pressure. |
| Wrong type of gas for the appliance. | Check if appliance is NG or LPG by reading the rating plate behind the Front Cover and attached to the burner tray and check agqinst your gas supply. |
| Direct Vent Only: Faulty seals on appliance at vent and/or front cover. | Check condition of seals and replace if necessary. |
| DV Only: Vent kit not fitted correctly. | Check that the vent is installed correctly. |
| High altitude installation. | For installations above 2000ft contact your dealer. |
