| Thermocouple connections loose. | Tighten the connections |
| E.C.O. connections may be loose | Check that connections are tight. Clean and/or Replace as necessary. (Pt. No. PMG 10/19055) |
| Pilot flame 'soft' or too small to heat the thermocouple tip. | Pilot injector partially blocked, clear by blowing through orifice or replace (Pt No. PMG 10-12872-Nat Gas / PMG 10-12873 LP Gas) Check the gas inlet pressure is correct - 7" w.c. Nat Gas / 13" w.c. LPG. |
| Thermocouple worn out or damaged | Replace Thermocouple - Pt No. PMG 10-13848 |
| Faulty magnet unit in the flame safety device. | Replace Magnet - Pt No. PMG 10-12410. |
| E.C.O Failure | Test ohm (output <800+) replace if less than 800 ohm. Do not delay, this is a safety device. Pt. No. PMG 10-19055. |
| Faulty Components | Replace any faulty Components found. Piezo Unit - Part No 10-11935. Electrode assembly - Part No 10-12259. |
