| Possible Cause | Solution |
| Vent may be blocked. | Check and rectify any faults. |
| Cover Loose (Direct Vent Model). | Check that the Direct Vent Cover is secured (sealed) and the two fixing screws are in place as required. |
| DV Only: Vent kit not fitted correctly. | Check that the direct vent kit is installed correctly to manufacturer's specifications. |
| High altitude installation. | For installations that are at or above 2000ft Sea level contact asap for the correct burner orifices and regulator settings. |
