Pilot Will Not Light |
| Possible Cause | Solution |
| Gas not turned on. | Turn on the gas at the manual gas valve and/or the main gas line. (At tank on LP Gas systems) |
| Air in Gas line. | Purge the air line by depressing and holding the center 'Pilot/Start' button, this may take 2-3 minutes. |
| Incorrect pilot lighting procedure. | Follow the lighting instructions located on the inside of the bottom cover. |
| Electrode lead not connected to the rear of the spark igniter. |
Re-connect the electrode lead. |
| Incorrect spark gap | Adjust the spark gap. The gap between the electrode tip and the pilot hood should be 1/8". |
| Electrode lead grounded out. | Check that the electrode lead is routed clear of all metal parts. |
| Pilot injector blocked. | Clear injector by blowing through or replace with pilot tube assembly part No PMG 10-12872 (Nat gas) or Part No PMG 10-12873 (LP Gas) |
| Faulty Components | Replace any faulty components found. Piezo Unit - Part No PMG 10-11935. Electrode assembly - Part No PMG 10-12259. |
| No gas to the appliance. | Call in your gas supplier |
