PROBLEM 8
Room will not maintain temperature.
POSSIBLE CAUSE SOLUTION
  1. Thermostat adjusted wrong
  1. Adjust thermostat to "Hi" position and modulate down until a proper room temperature rate is attained.
  1. Heater is too small for the space to be heated
  1. Average room size heating capacity:
MARK I     115-180 sq ft floor area
MARK II    170-340 sq ft floor area
MARK III   320-470 sq ft floor area
Obtain proper unit(s) for area to be heated.
     
  1. Excessive air leaks in room
  1. Adequately close off and insulate your room so you don't have heat loss.
  1. Broken or damaged thermostat
  1. Replace with new thermostat and bulb assembly
  1. Insufficient gas supply
  1. Call your gas supplier
